Who can join the referral program?
Anyone who knows an e-commerce or DTC brand that could benefit from Dream Light Visual's creative services can submit a referral, subject to our program terms.
How much commission will I earn?
You'll earn an 8% one-time referral commission for an eligible new client who successfully completes their project.
How is my 8% referral commission calculated?
Your commission is calculated as 8% of the referred client's first project fee, excluding taxes and additional expenses. This is a one-time reward, paid after the first project has been successfully completed. Future projects and ongoing services are not eligible for additional commissions.
Is the commission recurring?
No. The 8% commission is a one-time reward per eligible referred client. It does not apply to future projects or ongoing client payments.
When will I receive my commission?
Your referral commission will be sent once the referred client has successfully completed their project, subject to the program terms.
Who qualifies as a new client?
Only clients who have never worked with Dream Light Visual before qualify. Existing clients and previously engaged clients are not eligible for referral commissions.
Do I need to manage the client or the project?
No. Your role is simply to introduce the brand. Our team handles the discussions, project coordination, and creative services.
Does every referral qualify for a commission?
No. The referred brand must be a new client, qualify under our referral program requirements, and successfully complete its project before a commission is paid.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our team will review the submitted information and determine whether the referral meets our eligibility requirements. If approved, we'll reach out to the brand to discuss potential collaboration.
How can I track the status of my referral?
We'll keep you updated daily on the status of your referred brand so you always know how things are progressing. Once you submit your referral, we'll also provide a unique Referral Ticket Number to help us easily track your submission and provide updates throughout the process.

Referral Program Terms
- Commission: Eligible referrals qualify for a one-time commission of 8%, subject to the applicable commission calculation.
- Eligibility: The referred client must be new to Dream Light Visual and must not have previously worked with DLV.
- Successful Completion: The referred client must successfully complete their project for the referral commission to become payable.
- Payout: The referral commission will be sent after the project has been successfully completed, subject to the applicable program terms.
- One-Time Reward: The commission is paid once per eligible referred client. Repeat projects, ongoing work, and future payments do not generate additional referral commissions.
- Referral Submission: By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have permission to share the provided contact information with Dream Light Visual.
